This sweater pattern comes from czech knitwear designer Klara Pushin - @klarapushinknitweardesign. We are pleased to add these hand-dyed beauties to our offer of slovak wool! Combed tops are made and dyed in Slovakia, with high-quality professional acid dyes that can withstand even some sunshine and washing. In our palette you will find 15 eye-catching shades. • Ink, Mustard, Powder, Rust, Leaves, Fog, Canvas, Wine, New moon, Smoke, Moss, Sage, Chocolate, Tobacco and Bubble gum They were chosen to look great in a variety of combinations (including the undyed natural ones, of course!). The amount of our dyed tops is very limited, because the wool is dyed by hand in small quantities. For the same reason, please also take into account color variations among dye lots as well as on individual braids - tops are deliberately not dyed identical. So if you love local wool and unique colors as well, do not hesitate! • Please allow for color variations due to different monitor resolutions. • Before knitting, we recommend washing the sample and handwashing your final project.

Do you remember making macrame bracelets? There is a similar, yet much older textile technique - weaving tapes on a small heddle. It is a very simple tool, which will help you make durable thin woven tapes, useful everywhere, where you need strong strings, belts, laces. It is also a wonderful tool for introducing children to weaving.

Sometimes, while dyeing, mystical things between heaven and earth happen and the colours behave different than they are supposed to...or sometimes we recycle dyelots from mystery clubs or we just have the right mood for limited edition yarns and combed tops :-) We offer them to you on this place, because they are definitely a surprise, one of a kind limited edition woolen fibers, be our guest!

It's great for quick knitting or weaving - rugs, blankets, throws, as well as hats or neckwarmers for frosty weather. It is great for adding texture to knitted sweaters as well! Since thick yarns run out quickly and don't bind up well, we've hand spun a straight, 400g skein on a spinning wheel so that you have yarn in one piece and no knots :-)

OBLAK (CLOUD, in slovak) is a real specialty in our offer of slovak breedspecific wool that comes in two variants: roving of romney wool or suffolk wool. This one comes from a wool of slovak suffolk sheep and was processed in Slovakia. However, it cannot be called a yarn in the true sense of the word - it is a thin, unspun strand. It has only just enough twist to hold it together. However, the possibilities of its use are endless and exciting :-D (see description below) If you have ever tried or wanted to try knitting with Icelandic yarn Plotu-loppi, now you have the opportunity to try our slovak version!
